Comments: I joined the gym a couple of years ago because I wanted to shift the last bit of baby weight I was carrying; little did I know that I was going to meet Menay. He’s the best personal trainer I’ve ever had, he really takes the time to teach you technique as well as meeting your goal. He is the reason I love boxing so much, he taught me the sweet science of this sport and encouraged me to continue training. Unfortunately I had to move away and couldn’t continue with the training but most days I try to do one of his workouts on YouTube. I couldn’t recommend him as PT enough! He is extremely good at what he does, very knowledgeable and really takes his time getting to know his client’s needs.

Comments: I started with Menay in January 2020 at the age of 47 having done virtually no exercise for many years. It was tough to start with but I can honestly say I am amazed at the improvements I’ve seen in such a short time and this is down to Menay’s expert tuition. As well as HIIT and boxing I’m now doing a weights/resistance session to continue to improve. I feel fitter and stronger than at any time in my life and really enjoy the challenge of the sessions. Comments:Menay has been my trainer for the past 16 months, my main aim when I started was to improve my fitness and tone up especially my arms. I honestly can't say enough good things about how the sessions have improved my overall health and I finally have toned arms! Before lockdown I was training twice a week doing a combination of boxing and weights, when we went in to full lockdown I changed my training with Menay to virtual sessions using ZOOM. I've stayed doing virtual sessions as I find them convenient with my work pattern and Menay has found a way of providing the same fun experience doing Box HIIT . If you're looking for a PT that works you hard but keeps it fun then Menay is the trainer for you. He is always so upbeat and keeps you motivated and really cares about getting results.

Comments: I’ve know Menay for many many years, following his career wherever he went. He was always extremely hard working and determined as well as being naturally talented. When he moved in to fitness coaching I should have known he would apply those traits to this arena as well! We’ve been training for the last 2 months and I haven’t looked back. I only wish I’d started sooner. He’ll push you and you’ll notice the difference straight away. It’s hard work but it’s never put me off. I feel fitter than ever! Every session is different. And you’re constantly encouraged to push yourself. The advice is offered whenever you want it. Menay is the best around and his studio has everything you need. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his training methods. I’m loving the results!

Comments: Having been weight training since I was 16 I started to notice as I reached my fifties I needed to do more cardio exercise within my routine and thought bringing the boxing in to my workouts would be a great way to accomplish that goal and decided to book a 10 block session with Menay, which was so good I am now entering my 4th year with him , not only have I been able to improve my fitness levels through the vigorous workouts i've enjoyed every moment of learning the sweet science of boxing, which I feel if i may add is to a great level, proving you don't have to be young to learn how to box but just willing to put in the dedication and handwork, time and a good damn PT instructor. Anyone wanting to improve or simply learn how to box at all levels or just simply take good care of themselves you will get all this from Menay aka Team Emperor Fitness.

Comments: My first lesson with Menay involved a lot of learning, laughing and burpees, and I've been hooked ever since. I have now been training with Menay for a number of years and never get bored, training is always changing and adapting to what I want to achieve and what Menay thinks I can achieve. He is always there for advice and helped me gain confidence with boxing and weight training. For a while he was the only constant in my workout routine and our one session a week kept me strong (physically and mentally) and also maintained my weight until I could increase my training. He knows what you are capable of and will make sure you get there.

Comments:I’ve been training with Menay for the last three years or so and I have to say, its the best decision I ever made. I’ve seen vast improvements in my physique and overall performance (cardio, strength, endurance, etc.) since joining his classes and one-on-one sessions. He brings his boxing skills as well as his extensive training experience to the table, which is a massive bonus in a trainer. He’s also flexible in achieving my fitness goals and knows exactly what I need to work on to get that optimal body. Plus, his sessions are fun, which is how training should be! I would recommend Menay to anyone looking to kick on with their fitness plans and goals and get the body they’ve always wanted. Trust me, he delivers results!

Comments: I've been training with Menay for a couple of years now - first joining a local boxing class, then working with him at his gym, and finally moving on to personal training sessions at home (and more recently over zoom due to restrictions!)
Throughout my journey, my aim has always been to lose weight and keep up my fitness levels. Menay has tailored my sessions to help me do this, and has always done so in a friendly and encouraging manner.... Not the shouty judgemental PT I had always feared. My sessions with Menay are fun, entertaining, educational and.... Exhausting! But that's the point, right?!
If you are looking for a dedicated friendly PT to help you achieve your goal, whatever it is, I highly recommend Menay!
